表面展开在工程技术上的应用

摘　　要：在实际生产和生活中,可以常见到由薄板制成的各种制品,其加工方法依制品的材料、性能、形状以及使用范围而定,无论哪一种加工方法,都要利用表面展开(下料)。表面展开在化工、冶金、造船、锅炉厦建筑工程中制造某些设备、管道及零件时有着广泛的应用。本文利用表面展开的图解法与计算法相结合,介绍表面展开在工程技术上的应用。In the actual productian and life, the various products made from thin sheet may be always seen. The method for processing mainly depends on the products materi- al, nature, shape and range for applications. However, surface development will be fully used, no matter which processing method. Surface development may be widely used in chemical engineering, metallurgy, naval architecture, boiler, and constructional engineer- ing to manufacture certain equipment, pipes and components. The graphic and mathe- matical methods of surface development are combined with in this article, to intruduce the applications of surface development in engineering.
