双胎儿宫内感染巨细胞病毒

摘　　要：报道双胎儿宫内巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染所导致的巨细胞包涵体病（CID）8例。其临床特点是畸形和并发症多，近期和二年后预后差。观察到双卵性双胎可以只有之一感染、单卵性双胎同时被感染，作者认为孕母感染CMV的血液通过胎盘渗漏是CMV宫内感染主要原因，保证孕妇胎盘屏障完整性对预防CMV宫内感染具有重要意义。This paper reports 8 cass of cytomegalovirus inclusion disease (CID) infected by intrauterine cytomegalovirus (CMV) in twin infants which were characterized by high incidence of malformations and complication with poor prognosis either recently or 2 years later.It was found that sometimes only one fetus of two ova was infected, but both fetuses were infected in the one ovum. It is considered that CMV infection. Thus. it is most important to protect the integrity of placental barrier of intrauterine CMV infection
