摘　　要：本文报道73例新生儿低钙血症，血清钙水平＜1．5mmol／L者15例，～1．60mmol／L者20例，～1．75mmol／L者38例，最低1例为1．40mmol／L，文章就本病的发病因素，临床表现及预防进行了讨论。73 cases of neonatal hypocalcemia (< 1. 75mmol/L ) is reported in the paper, of thesecases, The level of serum calcium is below 1. 5mmol/l, in 15 cases, ~1. 6mmol/L 20 cases,~ 1. 75mmol/L 33 cases,The lowest one is 1. 4mmol/L. the etiopathology, clinical menifestation and prophylaxis of the disease was discussed.
