摘　　要：The relative merit of four different methods (method of fine tube, semen pellets, ampule, and test tube)of cryopreserved spermatozoa from 43 male donors with normal fertile ability was evaluated.The mobility and viability in post-thawed 172 samples were examined. The method of fine tube was recommedned to be the method of choice.
