摘　　要：调查本院四个科室854名出院患者医院感染率为9.5%,其中感染性疾病445例,全部使用抗菌药物,非感染性疾病409例,96.1%使用了抗菌药物,4种手术患者在手术前后都联合使用2～3种抗菌药物,术后平均使用6.6～10.6天,除14例单纯性阑尾炎无切口感染外,其余切口感染率2.2～15%。三级查房记录表明,上级医师对下级医师合理用药的指导不力。We made an investigation on using antimicrobial agents in clinical of 854 cases (445 cases with infectious diseases and 409 cases with noninfectious diseases) of total 1982 discharged patients in 1991,the re- sult showed that the rate of nosocomial infection was 9.5%.We use antimicrobial agents in all infectious cases and in 98.1% non-infectious cases.Al-though use of antimicrobial agents in 6.6～10.6 days after an operation,the wound infection rate was in higher level.
