西宁、杭州两地老年人血液流变学的改变及其与中青年的比较

摘　　要：本文对６０岁以上西宁和杭州两地老年人，同步先后检测血液流变学的指标，并与当地中青年的检测比较，结果表明：男性Ｈｂ，Ｈｃｔ，ηｂ，ηＲ均高于女性，而ＥＳＲ、ＥＳＲ－ｋ则相反；ηｐ男女无差异，Ｆｂ除西宁男女中青年有显著差异外，其他男女各组无差异；老年与中青年比，老年人ηｐ均高于中青年，但Ｆｂ西宁中青年高于老年人；与杭州地区恰相反。综观老年人ηｂ、ηｐ、ＥＳＲ、ＥＳＲ－Ｋ值、均高于中青年人，致血流不畅微循环灌注不佳，易发生血栓性疾患，促进衰老。但高原老年人，因Ｆｂ较低、纤溶亢进，血凝减弱等因素，以至较少患血栓性疾病。The paper carried out observation of eight blood rheological items and comparising thosewith middle age in xining and Hangzhou city.The results showed that the rheological changes hadsignificantly relation to elevation and paralleled with high or low of packed cell volume. HB,Hct,ηb,ηR of male were hgher than those of female,But ERS,ERS-Kturned out contrary.Therewere no difference between sexes on np.Results of other groups were similar although Fb of malewas higher than that of female significantly in Xining,Comparison between gerontism and middleage,the results in Hangzhou were similar with those published at home. The former was higherthan those of the latter significantly. But Fb,Hct of gerontism were lower than those of middleage in Xining because of adhesiveness of blood platelet,decreasing of aggregatiion, reducing ofblood coagulation course,hyperfibrinolysis of gerontism in high elevation. So that risk of throm-bosis decreased and prevalence of myocardiac infarction and cerebral thrombosis were low. Butηb,ηR,ηp,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and K-value were higher than those of middleage in terms of the whole gerontal group. They affected filling of blood circulation and microcircu-lation.Therefore, blood rheological changes of diseases. Some positive prophylactic measuresshould be done so as to improve their bad rheological state.
