摘 要:本实验应用放射免疫技术和生物微球技术观察分析了血栓素—前列环素平衡失调对低氧条件下失血性休克家兔肾脏血液灌流的影响。实验结果提示,血栓素—前列环素的平衡失调直接影响了肾脏血液灌注,高渗盐液输入可纠正这种平衡失调,改善肾脏血液灌注。The experiment was observed and analysed effects of TXA_2-PGI_2 imbalance on renal blood flowperfusion of rabbits in hemorrhagic shock under acute hypoxia by nadioimmunity techn- ique andbiomicroball technique. The results showed that serum TXB_2 and 6KPGF_(1a) level were rose after hem-orrhagic shock under hypoxia, but TXB_2 was increased more evidently,TXB_2/6KPGF_(1a) ratio vvas in-creased evidently,at the same time,rennal blood flow perfusion were reduced obvious. Afterinfusionhypeftonio saline,TXB_2 reduced obvious,6KPGF_(1a) increased obvious,TXB_2-6KPGF_(1a) ratio had changemore small,renal function obvious improvement,glomerula capilary endomethelium swolen were abat-ement,glomerula microball and blue stain granule increased obvious.The results indicated that TXA_2-PGI_2 imbalance directly effect renal blood flow perfusion,hypertonic saline infusion may correct thisimbalance,improvement renal blood flow perfusion.
