摘  要:不同海拔血脂的动态观察和高脂血性冠脉内皮损伤海拔差异的超凝结构研究提示:血脂的海拔性变化可能是冠脉粥样硬化超微结构损伤随海拔升高而减轻的主要机理。study of the effect of altitude difference inhypercholesterolemia-induced endothelial dam-age of coronary arterres in rabbits by the observation of blood lipids,scanning and transmissionelectron microscope of the coronary arteries showed that TC, TG, and HDL_2-c were decreased,HDL-c and HDL_3-C were elevated significantly with increasing altitudes and indicated that thehigher the altitude,the iess severe the endothelial lesion of the coronaries. The altitude changesof blood lipids may be an important factor in suppressing coronary artery atherosclerosis at medi-um and high altitudes.
