高原多血质105例患者血中MDA和SOD含量测定及分析

摘  要:本文对青藏线上(海拔2801~4800m)高原多血质105例患者血中氧自由基在体内代谢过程的降解产物丙二醛(MDA)和清除氧自由基超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了测定。结果与该地区健康人比较:患者血中丙二醛(MDA)明显增高,超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)值明显降低,两者比较有非常显著差别(P<0.01)。治疗前后比较:治疗后血中MDA下降,SOD上升。提示氧自由基可能参与了高原多血质的发生发展过程。建议治疗该病时除应用传统疗法和采用紫外线照射自血回输疗法外,还可考虑采用自由基清除剂,如维生素E、C等。e measured the free-redicals values in 105 patients with Excessive polycythemia of high al-titude(EPHA)in Germu area and campared with the resulte in normal human being body in samearea. The MDA values in blood plasma was obvious increased and SOD activity was decreased,thedifference between is very significant. After teratment the MDA values in blood was increasedand SOD aceivity was decreased,It showed that oxygen free- redical may be rlatide with the occur-rence and develpment of EPNA,We showednot only use the traditional treatment and selfretrans-fusion Ray irradiated blood,but also use the clean drug of free-redical,such as vitamin E,Cea. totreat EPHA.
