摘 要:本文对高原性心脏病38例患者血中SOD和MDA进行了测定。将其结果与该地健康成人比较,患者血中SOD值降低,MDA值升高,有非常显著差异。治疗前后比较,治疗后MDA值降低,SOD值升高。揭示氧自由基可能参与了高原性心脏病的发展过程。当然高原性心脏病发生后组织缺氧加重也可使体内自由基失平衡,含量增高。所以在治疗高原性心脏病时除常规疗法外,可采用量子血疗方法和自由基清除剂。e measured the SOD and mad values in 38 patieiits with high altitude cardiopathy , and com-pared with the results of normal human bodv in same area. The blood of SOD values was decreasedand the MDA values in creased in the patient group, the differencte of between was very signifieant.After treatment,the MDA values decreased and the SOD values in creased.It showed that the oxygnFree-redical may be related with process of the high altitude cardiopathy another hand, becomingheavier serious tissus de oxygen in the high altitude cardiopathy,also break the balance of free--redicalof body,and the content was in creased.The methoas of treat high altitud cardiopathy have self-retransf usion Ray irradiated blood and use clean of free--redicals besides traditional treatment.
