240万例节育手术质量剖析  

Investigation on Postoperative Complications of Sterilization, Induced Abortion and IUD Insertion during 1986-1990 in 21 Coun-ties of Hunan Province

摘　　要：采取整群抽样,直接询问的方式,调查“七五”期间21县2429234例节育手术所发生的并发症3868例。结果揭示:并发症总发生率为1.59‰,各类手术并发症的发生与节育手术组织形式及施术地点有关:83.6％发生在集中活动时所施行的手术;83.4％发生在区、乡以下手术单位。3868例并发症的治愈率为80.0％,治疗无效为0.3％。文中剖析了主要并发症发生的原因,提出了加强管理和预防发生的办法。Three thousand eight hundred and sixty eight cases of complications in over 2. 4 million operations of sterilization, induced abortion, IUD insertion were investigated by cluster sampling and direct questioning. These operations were performed during 1986-1990 in 21 counties of Hunan province. The results showed that the total rate of various complications was 1. 59%. Among all complications 48% were infections, which is the commonest. The second was bleeding and hematoma, comprising 19. 6%, of all complications 83. 4% occurred in the countryside, particularly when many operations were performed in a limited period. The cure rate of these complications was 80%, no effect of treatment in 3%, and a alleviation in the rest. The cost of treatment amounted to around 2. 8 million yuan. The reasons for these complications were analyzed and measures to improve. The quality of case in family planning services in prevention of operative complications were discussed.
