摘　　要：生命表方法用来评价各种宫内节育器(IUD)的避孕效果,已为人们所熟知,但生命表法仅反映的是避孕方法的有效性方面。本文试图通过多种因素如安全性、有效性和副反应等,运用模糊数学方法对几种IUD的避孕效果进行综合评判。结果表明,带铜活性IUD优于不带铜的惰性IUD,在带铜IUD中TCu200C优于TCu220C。contraceptive methods.
