摘　　要：Chinese wushu is a form of physical culture. You can exercise in bare-handed wushu or wushu with an apparatus to improve health, defend yourself, perform or compete. Wushu is very popular with Chinese men and women, both old and young. Various wushu groups and wushu halls can be found all over the country. Henan’s Dengfeng, Hebei’s Cangzhou and other areas of China are known as "wushu’s home."
