摘 要:目的 应用99Tcm MIBI心肌灌注显像评价猪急性心梗恢复期自体骨髓细胞移植的治疗效果。方法 结扎小型猪冠状动脉前降支创建心肌梗死动物模型 ,分两组 ,分别于结扎后 2周经前降支注入自身骨髓干细胞和磷酸缓冲液 (PBS)。结扎后 2周及第 5周 ,同时对两组动物行99Tcm MIBI心肌灌注显像。结果 骨髓细胞移植组 ,移植后 3周心肌灌注显像血流灌注较PBS组明显改善 ,两组显像评分结果有显著性差异 [( 42 .4± 5 .0 )和 ( 2 9.8± 9.5 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ]。并与冠造及免疫组化结果一致。结论 心肌灌注显像是评价骨髓干细胞移植后 ,心梗心肌血流灌注和心肌细胞活性的较好方法。骨髓干细胞移植可明显改善心肌血运供应及心肌活力。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self bone marrow cells transplantation in the treatment of myocardial infarction at the recovery phase with 99 Tc m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging. Methods Chronic myocardial infarction models were created in 9 health porcines by left anterior descending artery ligation. The models were divided into 2 groups, and self bone marrow cells or PBS solution were injected via anterior descending artery 2 weeks after ligation, respectively. Two and five weeks after ligation, 99 Tc m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging were obtained for each group. Results There was significant improvement in the myocardial perfusion in bone marrow cells transplantation group. Three weeks after transplantation, there was significant difference in the marks of perfusion defects between the two groups [( 42.4 ± 5.0 ) and (29.8±9.5) ( P <0.05)]. Conclusion Myocardial perfusion imaging is a valuable method to assess myocardial perfusion and viability of infarct myocardium after bone marrow cells transplantation. Bone marrow cells transplantation can obviously improve the myocardial perfusion and activity of cardiomyocytes.
