摘 要:本文运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳对云南省楚雄、巍山、大理、洱源、丽江、永胜6县的钉螺进行了酯酶同工酶的比较研究,结果各地钉螺均显出10—11条同工酶带,其中有5条主带,4条弱带,其带形、酶带活性和迁移率各地完全一致,且重复性较好,结合各地钉螺形态一致,提示上述6地钉螺的亲缘关系密切,为今后研究云南省钉螺的分类提供了一项生化指标.This paper deals with the comparative studies on isoenzyme of esterase (EST) of On-comelania snails collected from endemic areas of schistosomiasis japonica in Chuxiong, Weis-han, Dali, Eryuan, Li Jiang and Yongsheng counties of Yunnan province by means of slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for the studies. The results showed that there were 10-11 enzyme zones in EST patters among snails of all 6 counties,including 5 main zones and 4 weak zones which showed the entire identity in isoenzyme zone pattern , isoenzyme activity and Rf values. The repetitive character of electrophoresis was good. These results indicate that the Oncomelania snails of different counties are very closely related. The data can be used as an aid for the identification of Oncomelania snails of Yunnan province.
