隐匿性血吸虫病临床及生化指标的初步分析

摘　　要：对泰兴、昆山两试区185例隐匿性血吸虫病患者的调查发现:原中度流行区泰兴试区患者的症状、体征较原重度流行区昆山试区为重,似与反复轻度感染而又忽视查治病有关.吡喹酮化疗后1年,所查各项指标阳性率均有下降,肝脏肿大程度明显减轻(P<0.01).An investigation of 185 cases with latent schistosomiasis japonica in two pilot areas,i, e. Taixin county,a former moderate epidemic area,and Kuenshan city,a former sever epidemic area, has shown that the symptoms and signs of patients in Taixin were more severe than that in Kuenshan. It seemed to be related to repeated light infections and the neglect of examination of the disease in the former area. Follow-up in one year after anti-schistosoma treatment with praziquantel showed that the clinical status was improved and the indices of biochemistry test declined,The average level of hepatomegaly were reduced significantly(P< 0.01).
