摘  要:本文首次报道用日本血吸虫酚酶分子生物化学、酚酶组织化学和雌虫形态学三者相结合的方法,对日本血吸虫雌虫酚酶的变化过程进行动态观察.实验发现:经吡喹酮和硝硫氰胺口服1剂治疗后,兔体内日本血吸虫酚酶同功酶的含量逐渐减少,与组织化学定位观察酚酶反应的变化同步,雌虫子宫虫卵数也逐渐减少,出现变形虫卵或只见卵黄腺颗粒或无虫卵.实验充分表明,吡喹酮和硝硫氰胺治疗后,可进行性、不可逆地破坏雌虫酚酶,使雌虫不能形成正常虫卵或抑制雌虫产卵.说明上述药物的杀虫机理与破坏雌虫酚酶有密切关系.The dynamic states of phenol oxidase in adult of Schistosama japonicum were surveyed in experimentally infected rabbits bymethods of molucular biochemistry, histochemistry and morphological changes. The results showed that contents of phenol oxidase reduced gradually in female adults after a single dose of praziquantel or nithiocyamine. The change of isoenzyme of phenol oxidase content was synchronously similar to the reaction of histochemical location induced by phenol oxidase ?The number of eggs in uterus also reduced or even disappeared as the phenol oxidase declined. At the same time, the distorted eggs or eggs with vitellarium granule could be found.This study confirmed that egg production could be inhibited by praziquantel or nithiocyamine because of the irreversible destroy of phemol oxidase in the female adult. The au-thors suggested that parasiticidal mechanism of these above mentioned drugs might be close-ly related to the effect against phenol oxidase in female adults of S. japonicum.
