摘　　要：用双相钢淬火的热处理工艺方法，可提高包装捆带的强度，使强度达到σｂ＝（８～９）×１０￣２ＭＰａ，δ＝７％～８．５％的高强韧性的组合，分析强韧化原因，从而确定高强度包装捆带的新工艺。Applying the quench-hardening heat treatment to double-phase steel,thepacking straps with high strength of σb=800-900 MPa and high toughness ofδ=7%-8.5%are achieved.A new technological process for manufacture of high strength straps is pre-sented from careful investigation and analysis.
