摘　　要：应用均衡凝固有限补缩原理和溢流技术，论述并设计了蜗杆铸件的铸造工艺。用均衡凝固理论指导球墨铸铁件的工艺设计，能很好地解决质量问题，并可省工省料。By using the principles of proportional solidification and limited Feeding,and the technique of over-flow,this paper expounds and designs the casting technique ofworm casting.Based on the theory of proportional solidification,the technological design forthe nodular iron castings are given,which can improve the casting quality and save lobor andmaterial consumption.
