竖琴海豹皮组织结构的研究

摘　　要： 本文从提高毛皮产品质量的角度出发，通过组织切片，光学显微镜观察和ｏｐｔｏｎ显微摄影仪观察并摄影，对海豹皮的生皮组织结构进行了初步的研究，研究结果表明：海豹皮真皮层的乳头层较厚，皮板中脂肪含量较大，胶原纤维编织细密，弹性纤维含量丰富。因此，在海豹皮的加工制造过程中，必须加强脱脂，注重破坏弹性纤维。This paper deals with the initial studies on the tissue and structure of the seal skin. All these are based on the skin tissue chip and abservations by the optical microscope and opton microphotograph The results show that: the papillar fayer of the seal skin is very thick, the amount of the fat is high and there are many elastic fibers in it So during the process of manufacting the seal skin, the degrease must be increased and the dastic fibers of the skin must be destroyed to improve the quality of the products
