摘  要:本文主要介绍用花生油和有机硅进行接枝,以制备皮革加脂剂的研究工作。在接枝中,使用一种特效催化剂进行反应,使接枝率达85%以上。由该方法制备的加脂剂具有恒定的理化常数,优良的水分散性和稳定性。耐酸,碱及电解质溶液。具有很好的耐寒性。应用实验表明,用该加脂剂对皮革进行加脂,可使革身丰满,柔软,富有弹性,具有理想的丝光感。该加脂剂可明显地消除革的部位差和解决松面问题,使用量少。是制革厂家欢迎的一种新型皮革加脂材料。A new lubricant which graft silicon polymer into peanut oil is described in this paper. In the synthesis, a specific catalyst was used and the yield reached above 85%. The Lubricant prepared by this way has not only the permanent chemical and physical conatants. excellent dispersivity in water and stability, acid and basic -resistant, electrolyte -resistant, but also cold-resistant Test on the leather showed that when lubricating with this fat liquor, it makes the leather glazy, flexible, plentiful. water-proof. especially endows with the product of the leather a good feel as silk, simultaneously, it can eleminate the difference of the location of the leather and loose grsin obviously. It fills the gap in domistic leather lubricant.
