摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型聚丙烯酸酯乳液的制备方法及各种原料的选择依据，配比和要求。该乳液具有良好的耐高，低温性及机械稳定性。应用实验表明，该涂饰剂形成的薄膜具有高的抗张强度和拉伸性，较低的脆裂温度。透气，防水，耐干湿擦，抗有机溶剂。基本克服了丙烯酸树脂普遍存在的热“粘”冷“脆”现象，适用性较强。该乳液生产工艺简单，操作方便，适合应用于工业生产。A method for preparation polymeric acryl ester emulsion and the basis of selecting materials, proportion and the conditions was described in this article. This emulsion has good hot--reSistant, cold-resistant and stability The experement showed that the film formed by the emulsion was provided with high tensil strength and stretch, lower brittle temperature, better ventilation property, water-proof, dry and wet-rub -resistant, organic solvent-proof. If can overcome basically the apearance of the hot 'sticky' and cold 'brittle',and was widly apllled to a variety Of the leatheres. It has a simple technology and convenient manipulation in production. Therefore, It is suited to the production on the manufacture.
