摘  要:本文研究了Fe(Ⅱ)-Ce(Ⅳ)双中间体库仑法测定制革鞣液及废水中铬(Ⅳ)的方法及条件。在3.5mol·l-1H2SO4-0.015mol·l-1Fe2(SO4)3-4mg/mlCe2(SO4)3电解液中共有少量AgNO3存在下.以Fe(Ⅱ)-Ce(Ⅳ)为双中间体库仑滴定,平衡电位法指示终点。文中对共存物的干扰及消除进行了详细研究,测定0.5μg和5.0~100.0μgCr(Ⅵ)相对误差分别小于±10%和±1%,标准偏差分别为0.02和0.07。该法测定结果与比色法对照,结果基本一致,但该法简便,快速。灵敏,准确,不受颜色和混浊度影响,勿需配制任何标准液.并可在同一电解液中连续多次测定。因此,该法在制革工业生产及环境保护中具有广阔的应用前景。A new method of determinating of Cr(Ⅵ) leather tanning and waste water using dualintermediate tEe (Ⅱ ) -Ce(Ⅳ )] coulometric method has been studied in the paper. This process be carried out under atmosphere without passing N2 The base electrolytic solution is a mixture of 3. smol/l H2SO4, 0. 015mol/l Fe2(SO4)3 and 4mg/ml Ce2(SO4)3. A small amount of silver nitrate is added, which will depress the interference of dissolved oxygen. Compared with the dipbenyl carbazide colrimetric method, the relative errors of the measuring of 0. 5ug and 5. 0g Cr(Ⅵ) are less than 10% and 1% respectivily The standard deviation are 0. 02 and 0. 07 respectivily. But this method is a simplified, quick, sensitive and accurate, which would not be affected by the colour and turbility of the samples. Standard solutions are not prepared, and, the sample may be added in continously. Therefore, this method can be widely applied in leather industry, electroplating and eviroment protection.
