冰区浅海人工岛设计中若干问题的探讨

摘  要:在渤海的浅海区陆续发现了一些有开采价值的油气田,其中的JZ9-3油田,地处渤海北部,冰情严重,鉴于以往导管架平台被冰摧毁的事故,决定采用人工岛的形式。 在渤海湾建造人工岛,最重要的是要能抗冰、抗震、抗液化,本文介绍的JZ9-3人工岛总体方案,被认为是世界上还没有应用过的方案,整个岛体由四个沉箱组成,沉箱由桩来支持,沉箱在船坞内预制,然后,沉箱被拖到海上安装后,并连接起来,两个沉箱组成一个抗外力结构物。沉箱尺寸及人工岛技术问题的解决,要受到储油量、甲板面积、船坞尺寸、吃水、拖航及环境条件,特别是冰情的限制。 本文仅就设计规范及材料的选用、油罐设计及它对总体方案的影响;以及整体冰压力及局部冰压力的计算考虑,和抗冰结构的选择等进行研究和讨论。Some gas/oil fields continually are discovered in shallow sea of Bohai. One of them, J29-3 field, is situated in north of Bohai, Where freezing situation is heavy. Considering accident of jacket, which was broken by ice in Bohai, an artificial island is adopted.The important problem is design for anti-ice, anti-earthquake, anti-liquidizing. Such an artificial island is the first one in the world. The island consists of four caissons, which are supported by piles and prefabricated in dock,then assembled, and installed in sea. Two caissons are linked together as a strengthening structure. The caisson sizesdepend on storage volume of oil, deck area, dock size, towed condition and envirnomental conditions, especially ice situation.The design regulations and material selection, oil tank design and whole ice pressure, local ice pressure, anti-ice structure are discussed.
