摘　　要：胜利石油管理局在“八五”期间承担了国家重点科技攻关课题《水平井钻井技术研究》,其中草桥油田水平井开发技术是本项目研究内容之一。本文详细介绍了草20—平4井的钻井技术。Shengli Petroleum Administration undertakes the major scientific research item of drilling technique of horizon-welt during the 'Eighth Fiye-year Plan'. Development technique of Caoqiao oil field horizon-well is one of the research contents of this project. The detailed introduction of drilling technque of Cao_(20)-Pin_4 well is given.
