多效唑对大麦抗倒高产的效应及综合栽培数学模型

摘  要:采用多元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究多效唑(MET)、施氮量和基本苗数对大麦产量、倒伏的影响,并建立数学模型。结果表明,每公顷产2625~3750kg,倒伏指数.(LI)12~13的高产、抗倒农艺措施为:MET 浓度为250~272mg/kg。施氮量84.3~98.4kg/ha。基本苗168.45~199.65万株/ha。生理拔节期喷施250mg/kg MET,能减轻倒伏,增加产量;还具有降低株高,缩短基部节间长度,明显增加大维管束直径、茎组织厚度、茎的直径,以及促进茎秆物质积累的效应。The cause(s) of preventing lodging and increasing yield by application of multiple cffect triazole (MET) and the cffects of MET,N rate and plant density on yield were stu- died in a mid-stalked barley cultivar 81—18,using the ,otation-regression-orthogonal design.MET spray at the internode elongation stage reduced lodging,shortened the height and internode length of the plant,and increased dry matter weight per unit of stem,basal internode diameter,big vascular and the stem.tissue thickness.Based on the param,.ters ob- tained ,two mathematical models,deseribing the relationship between yield and lodging index (LI) with three cultivating practices were established. barley;lodging resistance;yield; measures; mathematical models
