摘 要:用人工接种小麦纹枯病菌,研究不同小麦纹枯病态势与产量的关系.结果表明,纹枯病导致产量损失最大的时期为小麦的孕穗期。孕穗期病级高,不但严重降低千粒重而且减少穗粒数。千粒重的降低是由于籽粒成熟延迟,可溶性糖和淀汾含量降低所致。Artificial inoculation was made of shesth blight (Rhizoctonia cerealis) on wheat at va- rious development stages of the crop.Changcs in well-filled kernel number per ear and 1,000-grain-weight on diseased plants indicatcd that the occurrence of the disease at car-bearing stage would lead to the greatest yield loss.Shcath blight of wheat delayed maturation by about 10 days.Measurements of soluble sugars and starch in developing grainsat 3-day intervals indicated that their contents were lower on heavily diseased plants (with a disease index of 84%) than on medium-diseased (disease index being 41%) and dis- case-free plants.
