摘 要:从四川41个县(市)的小麦纹枯病标样中获得112个丝核菌株。其中,双核丝核菌130个,占98.48%,均属 Rhizoctonia cerealis,即 AG-D 群;多核丝核菌2个,占1.52%,分属 Rhizoctonia solani AG-1群和 AG-2-1群。除双核与多核间有显著差别外,双核丝核菌 AG-D 群的7个菌株间的培养性状在一些方面亦有较大差异。这说明群内尚有分化现象。One hundred and thirty-two isolates of Rhizoctonia spp.were obtained from diseased tissues of sheath blight of wheat in 41 counties of Sichuan province.They were divided into two series of Rhizoctonia:binucleate and multinucleate,accounting for 98.48% and 1.52%, respectively,of the total.A hyphal fusion test with Ogoshi's anastomosis groups of Rhizoctonia indicated that all the 130 isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia belong to AG-D Rhizoctonia cerealis whereas the two isolates of multinucleate Rhizoctonia belong to R. solani AG-1 and AG-2-1,respectively.Comparisons of cultural characteristics of 7 repre- sentative isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia AG-D in 1989 showed that they were different in the color of the colony and the shape,size,quantity,color or distribution of sclcrotia, suggesting the existence of intraserial differentiation.
