复方丹参注射液对老龄小鼠SOD和LPO的影响

摘　　要：本文采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法测定了复方丹参注射液对老龄小鼠红细胞、心、肝、肾中SOD活性和LPO含量。结果表明:复方丹参注射液能显著提高老龄小鼠红细胞、心、肝、肾中SOD活性(P<0.01)。在同一老龄小鼠中也相应降低LPO含量(P<0.01)。剂量组间无显著差异。有抗衰老作用。Our study was carried out using improved pyroved pyrogallol and TBA colorimetric method to examine the effect in the RBC, heart, Liver and kindney and on LPO content in the serum, hert, liver and kindney of old -- age mice. The result showed that salviae miltorrhizae composita increased SOD activity of in the RBC, heart, Liver, and kindney (P<0. 01) and decreased the LPOcontent in serum in the satne mice (P<0. 01),with anti --senility effect.
