大耳猥的核型研究初报

摘　　要：本文报道了取材干新疆吐鲁番的大耳猬 Hemiechinue auritus albulus 的核型,其2n=48.N.F.=94,常染色体由20对中着丝粒染色体,2对亚中着丝粒染色体与1对亚端着绿粒组成,X 为中等长度的中着丝粒染包体,y 为亚中着丝粒染色体。并观察了 Ag-NORs 的数目,出现范围3～6条,众数为4。出现的数目与位置与陕西秦岭大耳猬不同。它们之间核型的差异为大耳猬亚种的划分提供了依据。The paper reported the karyotype of H.a.albus in Tulufan,Xinjiang.Its 2n=48,N.F.=94.The auosome consisted of 20 pairs of M chromosome,2 pairs of SM chromo-some and L pair of ST chromosome.X is M chromosome,ane Y is SM chromosome.Thernumber of Ag-Not_s was observed,which is 3—6.The numberous is 4.It compares with H.a.alaschnicus in Qingling Mt,Shanxi,it is difference on the mumber appeared and the posi-tion of Ag-Nor_s.it provides basis the karyotypic difference between them,that subspecies ofH.anirtus was divided.
