摘　　要：气候,植被类型的复杂性和地形海拔高度是决定甘肃河西荒漠蜥蜴多样性的主导因子。海拔低,气温高,降水少,植物生长期长和植被类型复杂的地区蜥蜴种类多。This paper studies the affecting elements of climate, altitude and vegetation types working on lizard species diversity in Hexi desert of Gansu. It is concluded that climate, altitude and vegetation types are factors that determine the total number of lizard species in an area. There are more lizard species in areas of lower altitude, higher air temperature, less precipitation, more vegetation types, and longer growing season.
