Zn^(2+)对植物叶缘体和光系统Ⅱ中钙调素含量的影响

摘  要:用含不同浓度Zn^(+2)的Hoagland完全液培养白兰瓜幼苗,采用酶联免疫法和磷酸二酯酶法分别测试了白兰瓜幼苗叶绿体和PSⅡ(光系统Ⅱ)颗粒中总钙调素(Calmodulin简称CaM)含量和活性钙调素含量。在PSⅡ颗粒中测得有钙调素的存在,并测得叶绿体和PSⅡ颗粒中总钙调素含量随着Zn^(+2)浓度的增加而下降,开始时活性钙调素含量增加,至Zn^(+2)浓度超过2.0mmol/L以后才逐渐下降。Bailan melon seedlings were planted in the Hoagland solutions of different Zn2+ concentrations, total CaM and active CaM contents in chloroplasts and PS Ⅱ particles taken from Bailan melon seedling leaves were determined by ELISA and PDE methods. It was found that CaM existed in PS Ⅱ particles, and the total CaM contents in chloroplasts and PS Ⅱ particles decreased with Zn2+ concentration increased; but active CaM contents increased at first and then reduced when Zn2+ concentration was over 2. 0mmol/L.
