生物素——亲和素系统检测华支睾吸虫特异性抗体的研究

摘　　要：用ABC-ELISA检测华支睾吸虫粪检阳性病人130例,粪检阴性受试者101例及其它疾病82例,并与粪检及另外两种血清学方法(SPA-ELISA、常规ELISA)比较。粪检阳性符合率93.08％,阴性符合率63.37％。ABC-ELISA的阳性反应强度是常规ELISA的1.31倍(P<0.05),其平均几何滴度是SPA-ELISA的1.77倍(P<0.05)。特别在轻度感染病人,ABC-ELISA的平均几何滴度明显高于后两种血清学方法,而且非特异性反应较低。Avidin-biotin complex ELISA (ABC-ELISA) in detecting the specific antibody in patients infected with Clonorchis sinensis was studied. By comparing with stool examination, classic ELISA and SPA-ELISA,the sensitivity and specificity of ABC-ELISA were 93. 08% and 63. 37% re- spectively. The positive reaction intensity of ABC-ELISA was 1. 31 times more than that of clas- sic ELISA(P<0. 05). The GMRT of ABC-ELISA was 1. 77 times more than that of SPA- ELISA(P<0.05). The GMRT of ABC-ELISA was the highest of the 3 ELISA methods espe- cially in detecting the light infections. In addition, ABC-ELISA has a low cross-reaction to other diseases.
