青蒿琥酯伍用伯喹治疗抗药性恶性疟疗效观察

摘　　要：青蒿琥酯600mg与伯喹90mg伍用,治疗抗药性恶性疟43例,退热时间26.9±19.5h,原虫无性体转阴时间33.8±10.4h,28d复燃率6.5％,对配子体形成和清除有明显效果,副反应少,但疗程长,对G-6-PD缺陷者不宜。与Fansimef相比,在退热速度、对配子体作用、副反应方面优于后者。Forty-three cases suffered from drug-resistant falciparum malaria were treated with arte- sunate 600 mg and primaquine 90mg. Fever clearance time was 26. 9±19. 5 h, asexial parasite clearance time 33. 8±10. 4h,and recrudescence rate 6. 5% during 28-day's following-up. The regimen showed good effect on inhibiting gametocytogenesis and clearing gametocytes. It revealed few side-effect but long course of treatment. It is not suitable for treating cases lacking of G-6- PD. Compared with fansimef,it is better on speed of fever clearance, action on gametocytes and side-effect.
