摘　　要：目的　探讨人工髓核置换治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床应用的初步效果。　方法　自 2 0 0 2年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 8月行单个人工髓核假体 (PDN)置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 2 6例。　结果　所有病例均获随访 ,平均时间 10 .5 (3～ 18)个月。临床疗效评价 :优 18例 ,良 4例 ,尚可 2例。 1例发生椎间隙感染 ,保守治疗后好转 ;1例术后 2月出现假体移位、症状复发 ,行再次手术更换假体后治愈。　结论　人工髓核假体置换治疗腰椎间盘突出症能恢复椎间隙高度 ,操作简单 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,近期疗效满意 。Objective To explore the preliminary clinical results of prosthetic disc nucleus(PDN) replacement for lumbar disc herniation. Methods From May 2002 to August 2003, 26 patients underwent artificial nucleus replacement with single PDN. Results All the cases were followed up for 3 to 18 months (mean 10.5 months). The clinical outcomes were excellent in 18 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 2 cases. One case occurred intervertebral infection and improved after conservative management. Another case received reoperation of replacement because of the replase resulted from the migration of prostheses 2 months after operation.Conclusion The artificial nucleus replacement for lumbar disc herniation can restore the intervertebral height. It is an effective spinal surgical technique with easy operation, little damage, quick recovery and satisfatory short-term clinical result. But its long-term clinical result still await further investigation.
