梅花山自然保护区及其周围的脊椎动物寄生蠕虫

摘　　要：梅花山自然保护区,位于闽西上杭,连城和龙岩三县之间,其邻近县有长汀、武平和永定三个县。我们通过先后调查26种脊椎动物(鱼类4种、两栖类7种、爬行类4种、鸟类3种、哺乳类8种),共检得蠕虫116种,分隶于60科84属(吸虫18科29属40种;绦虫7科8属10种;线虫31科43属61种;棘头虫4科4属5种),其中3种是新种:蛙后狭盲肠线虫Metangusticaecum ranae Wang et Wang,1989、福建后狭盲线虫M.fujianensis Wang,sp.nov.和少栉副弱尾线虫Paracosmocerca oligolektana Wang sp.nov.This paper reports the parasitic helminths of vertebrates from Mei-Hua Mountain nature area (25°. 16—18N' and 116°45—57'E) and its neighbour county. There area 116 species of parasitic helminths belong to 60 families and 86 genera hav been identified. Among them, two are considered as new to science one is recorded for the first time from China, and additional 19 new hosts. Type specimens are deposited in Parasitolongical Research Laboratory, Fujian Normal University, The diagonses of the new species as follows: 1. Metangusticaecus fujianensis Wang sp. nov. (fig. 1) Habitat: Intestine of Rana kuhlii and Rana limnocharis. This species resembles Metangusticaecum ranae Wang et Wang, 1989, but differs in the smaller size of body (10.4—13.6×0. 282—0. 320ram in male and 18.4—20.6×0. 42—0.56mm in female), longer spicule (0.80—0. 98ram), larger gubernaculum (0. 240—0. 272×0.04—0. 042mm), and longer tail of female (0.46—0. 528mm), vulva situated at 8.64—9.92mm to posterior end. 2. Paracomocerca paucipectini Wang sp. nov. (fig. 2) Habitat: Intestine of Rana adenopleura Boulenger This species resembles Paracosmocerca mucronata Kung et Wu, 1945, but differs in the number of two rows of plectaene: three on one sides and four on the other side, asymmetrically, and fewer number of caudal papillae.
