灵芝对同种异位心脏移植及巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：用小鼠异位心脏移植的方法观察灵芝对免疫功能的影响,结果灵芝125及500mg/kg po qd,对移植心肌无显著影响,但灵芝联合适量的环磷酰胺,可以协同环磷酰胺延长心肌存活时间。灵芝在试管内及整体均可增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,并可增强网状内皮系统廓廓清炭粒的能力。In the present study the effect of Ling Zhi on survival time of implanted heteroto-pic heart muscle was investigated. Tt has been shown that Ling Zhi alone had no significant effect on the survival time of implanted heart.Only when Ling Zhi combined with low dosage of cyclophosphamide it would .synerge the activity of cyclophosphamide and may be of benefit to prolong the survival time of implanted heart muscle.In vitro Ling Zhi stimulated macrophage phagocytosis. In vivo, po Ling Zhi 125> 250, and 500mg/kg qd X 4 stimulated peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis. In the same way it stimulated the function of reticuloendothelial system.
