摘  要:本文观察了蛤蚧对18月龄大鼠心肌组织胞浆中的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,以及心肌组织线粒体中锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的影响。结果显示:蛤蚧能显著提高上述自由基代谢酶的活性及GSH的含量,同时显著降低LPO含量;蛤蚧尾部作用大于体部;蛤蚧作用随用药时间延长而明显增强。In this paper, we observed the influences of Gekko on the activities of the cylosol Cu, Zn superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn-SOD), catalase(CAT), the content of glutathione(GSH)) the mitochondrial Mn superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in the heart of aged rats (18months age). Meanwhile, we compared the effects of Gekko's body and tail, and thetime-effect relationship after taking medicine.The results indicate: (1). Gekko may significantly increase the activities of Cu, Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD, GSH-Px and the content of GSH. At the same time,it may significantly decrease the content of LPO; (2). The effect of Gekko's tail is bigger than the body part; (3). The effect of Gekko would be increased gradually by the time after taking medicine.All together these results suggest that Gekko possesses the antiaging effect.
