摘  要:以伤寒副伤寒甲乙混合菌苗作为激活物观察了银翘散和氢化可的松对体外培养MNC合成释放EP的影响。结果表明银翘散对EP合成无明显影响,氢化可的松则可明显抑制之。提示银翘散的解热作用可能在于阻断EP产生以后的环节。By using typhoparatyphoid vaccine as an actor (50×106 germs/1 ×106 MNC), Ying-iao San, atypical antipyrettic recipe, as a manager (77.2mg/l ×106 MNC), cortison as another manager (1mg/1×106MNC), it was studied that EP production of MNC in vitro. It was showed that yinqiao San could not stop MNC producing EP in evidence,but cor-tison could do it. So, Yinqiao San would have the antipyretic effect in other fever links just after EP production.
