摘　　要：人参皂甙(GS,10^(-4)g/ml)明显抑制大鼠门脉(RPV)自发活动张力,松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌(GPT)和减慢豚鼠右心房(GPRA)心率。 GS还增强异丙肾上腺素(Iso)对RPV自发活动张力抑制以及对GPT的松弛效应,但对抗Iso增加心率的效应。上述结果提示GS可能对突触后膜β受体效应起调谐剂(modulator)样作用。Effects of ginsenosides (GS)on the responses mediated by β-receptors were studied. It was shown that GS 10-4g/ml significantly inhibited spontaneously active tension of rat portal vein (RPV) ,relaxed guiaea-pig trachea (GPT),and decreased heart rate of guinea-pig right atria(GPRA). Althouth GS potentiated inhibition of the spontaneously active tension of RPV and relaxation of GPT by isoprenaline (Iso) , it antagonized the positive effect of Iso on GPRA.A11 above indicate that GS may modulate the effects of β-receptors on the postsynaptic membranes, but the exact mechanism remains to be explained.
