益智灵对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型的作用研究

摘　　要：采用D-半乳糖引起小鼠亚急性衰老模型,观察益智灵的抗脑衰作用。结果显示:1g/kg,3g/kg益智灵可提高脑衰小鼠的学习和记忆;降低脑组织中过氧化脂质、脂褐质和B型单胺氧化酶活性;同时提高胸腺指数和脾脏指数。证明益智灵有明显抗脑衰作用。The aging model was induced by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to observe the effect of the TCM preparation Yizhiling on the declining of brain functions. The results showed that 1 g/kg and 3 g/kg of the Yizhiling increased the capability of learning and memory (P<0.05) , decreased the contents of the lipid peroxides, lip-ofuscin and the activity of MAO-B in the brain tissue (P<0.001, P<0.01, and P< 0.05) , and enhanced the weight index of the thymus and spleen in mice (P<0.01 and P<0.001). All these results of mcdel mice demonstraded that Yizhiling possessed resistant improving action on the declining of brain fructions.
