摘　　要：实验表明,赤石脂能显著缩短凝血时间和血浆复钙时间;体外、半体内均能显著抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集;对ADP引起的体内血小板血栓形成也有显著对抗作用,对全血粘度影响不明显。说明赤石脂既能止血,又能祛淤,属祛淤止血药。The effects of Halloysite on blood coagulation system were preliminarily studied. The results show that Halloysite can significantly shorten the coagulation time and rec-alcification time of plasma; Halloysite has marked inhibition on the ADP-induced platelet aggregation both in vitro and half in vivo, and has obvious antagonism on the thrombosis in mice induced by ADP. The test indicated that Halloysite is a drug of hemo-stasis by removing the blood stasis.
