背阔肌皮瓣在烧伤后畸形中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了自1982年10月以来应用背阔肌皮瓣治疗烧伤后畸形5例,4例岛状移植(颈部和腋部)、1例游离移植(面颈部)疗效满意。作者认为该方法对颈部严重烧伤后畸形是有效的治疗,尤其适于胸部疤痕广泛的患者。The authors used skin flap of broadest muscle of back for treating post burn deformity. 4 cases with neck and axillary region deformity were treated with island grafting and 1 case with faciocervical deformity was treated with free grafting. The results were very satisfactory. The authors suggested that this method is very good for treating deformity after severe burns, especially for patients with large area thoracic scar. The advantages of the skin flap of broadest muscle of back are introduced.
