摘　　要：笔者分析了52例原发性肺癌的磁共振成像(MRI)表现,评价了低磁场 MRI 对肺癌的诊断价值,强调低磁场 MRI 能据不同权重上瘤体的信号强度差别初步判断其组织学类型.The findings of low-field strength(0.15T)MRI of 52 cases of pulmonary tumor were analyzed and the diagnostic value in lung cancer was evaluated.It was empha- sized that the histopathological type of the lung cancer may be definded depending on the signal intensity of the tumor.
