摘　　要：笔者分析71例经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切割术,总有效率93%,无严重并发症.并讨论了病例的选择、腰椎间盘膨出和腰5/骶1椎间盘脱出切割方法.The authors analyzed materials of 71 cases with percutaneous lumbar diskectomy.The overall effective rate was 93%,and no serious postoperative complications occured.The authors discussed the selection of patients and treatment of bulging lumbar disc.The method of percutaneous diskectomy at the L5-S1 level was also introduced.
