摘　　要：本文报道了经支气管动脉灌注(BAI),栓塞(BAE)治疗122例晚期肺癌的体会。临床分期:Ⅲ期67例,Ⅳ期49例,肺内转移瘤6例。近期效果:BAI为84％,BAI+BAE为90％。对70例进行了追踪观察,其一年生存率为50.2％。笔者对影响BAI,BAE疗效的因素以及如何预防高位截瘫也进行了探讨。In this article authors reported that bronchial artery infusion (BAI), embolization (BAE) were performed in 122 patients with advanced pulmonary carcinomas,including 67 cases in stage Ⅲ,49 cases in stage Ⅳ and 6 cases with metastatic pulmonary carcinomas.The short-term effect;BAI was 84%,BAI and BAE were 90%. 70 cases were as follows up: The one year of survival rate was 50.2%.Influcence factors of BAI,BAE in the treatment of advanced pulmonary carcinomas and prevention of paraplegia were discussed (Fig 1～4 see inset P21)
