摘　　要：The samples of hydrocarbon fluid inclusions from Weicheng, Pucheng and Wenliu in Dongpu depression (Henan Province) at different depths have been studied for measuring the formation temperature and salinity, and the results are useful for evaluating the generation and migration of crude oil and determining the threshold of oil generation in this area.
