摘  要:利用加气混凝土多孔结构的吸水、导湿、透水和热物理性能特征,选用高效微膨防水剂配制防水砂浆,与常用预应力园孔板组成复合屋面。在机理上采用空腔构造防水与材料防水相结合;利用钢筋混凝土屋面迭合效应,提高屋面刚度和抗裂度;在其防水层上敷设面砖层、复土绿化层、蓄水层、架空层等设计构造,组成五种系列屋面。在实际工程应用中,不仅防水效果好,而且丰富屋顶平面,增加绿化面积,美化环境。实践证明:在我国长江流域地区是一种理想屋面,对于北方寒冷地区亦有一定参考价值。This article describes a type of composite roof which is made of the following materials: (1) hollow prestressed concrete slabs; (2) high effective water—proof course of mortar with slight—expansion agent; (3) aerated concrete blocks with water—absorption, moisture—conduction, water—permeability and thermal insulation ability. The principle of this roof construction is as follows: the composite water—proof function is obtained by means of cavity structure and materials proper; stiffness and crack—resistance are improved due to superposition effect of the R. C. roof; and upon the water—proof course face brick pavement, soil bed for planting, water—retention layer or ventilated construction may be provided. If this roof form is adopted in practical projects, not only water—proof function will be improved, but also enrichment of roof variation, increment of afforesting area and better beautifying environment achieved. Practical use has proved it is an ideal roof style for the Changjiang valley, and a vluable version even for the cold northern part of the country.
