摘  要:本文提出了采用“热室静停”作为缩短粉煤灰加气混凝土蒸压养护时间的手段。对缩短粉煤灰加气混凝土蒸压养护时间的工艺进行了系统的试验研究和中间试验,从而得出了快速养护制度,养护周期不超过12小时,即一釜一天可以二次周转,因而提高了生产效率,并节约能耗。In this paper application of 'static placing in heated room' has been proposed as a means for decreasing the autoclave curing time of aerated pfa concrete. The process of decreasing the autoclave curing time for aerated pfa concrete has been systematically inveatigated in laboratory and the factory production trial has been carried out, so that a decreased autoclave curing regime has been obtained, in which the curing time is no more than 12 hours in total, i. e. the products of 2 batchs per day can be produced in an autoclave. Application of the regime can increase the capacity of aerated pfa concrete and decrease the energy consumption.
