摘 要:本文报告了对氯汞苯甲酸(PCMB)对旋转磁场和恒定磁场处理后小鼠红细胞溶血作用的影响。结果是:1.经旋转磁场处理后小鼠红细胞的溶血百分值为77.76±5.72%,其对照组为85.65±3.46%,统计学有显著差异;2.经恒定磁场处理后小鼠红细胞的溶血百分值为78.75±6.92%,其对照组为81.59±7.10%,统计学上无显著差别。这些结果表明,旋转磁场和恒定磁场对红细胞膜具有不同的生物效应,旋转磁场对红细胞膜的巯基具有某种保护作用。The hemolyzation caused by PCMB on red blood cells from mice treated with rotating and constant magnetic firld was studied.These results indicate that the hemolyzation of red blood cells from mice treated with rotating magnetic field is significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.001).But the hemolyzation of that treated with constant magnetic field with the same strength is no signifi- antly different from.that of control group.This results indicate the biological effect of rotating magnetic field on the cell membrane is different from the co- nstant magnetic field,and the rotating field produce some protection effects on the sulfhydryl of red cell membrane.
